Delivery.

Unpasteurized caviar is very sensitive to thermal conditions – it should be stored at a temperature of -3°C to 2°C. To maintain the continuity of the cold chain during transport the tins are packed in heat-insulated packaging and secured with ice packs.

Ordered caviar is shipped via overnight express from Monday to Friday. The customer must be able to receive the overnight express delivery from Swiss Post between 07:00 – 09:00 AM to ensure the cold chain is maintained.

Packaging and shipping costs of CHF 24 per delivery are charged to the customer. Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 480.
