Sleeboo acts as an intermediary platform between sellers (brands) and buyers (customers). Sleeboo may also be a seller of products.

How much does delivery cost?
Each seller decides how much delivery will cost to your location depending on the product you are purchasing. You will be able to see the total delivery cost during the check out process.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery will normally take between 3-7 working days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. If you ordered from multiple sellers, please bear in mind that your products will arrive separately. Please refer to our shipping policy available here.
Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
We strive to ensure that all costs are transparent and for most items tax and duties are included in the final product price. However, in some cases the price you pay at checkout may exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. Any charges for custom clearance must be borne by the recipient. When will I receive a refund for my returned order?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What do I do if I received a wrong or faulty item?
We recommend that you always inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged or in error, please, contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or product item in its original packaging if possible.

Who is responsible for the costs of returning a product?
If you are returning a product to us for a refund, then the cost of returning it is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or the seller offers free returns.
