Directions for use:

  • The temptation is to light your candle as soon as you get it. But make sure it’s warmed up a little beforehand. If the wax is too cold this can affect the burn and the wax can tunnel.
  • Ensure your first burn is two hours long and try to resist the urge to burn for more than four hours. You should make sure the melt pool of the wax has reached the edge.
  • As general housekeeping, you should only trim the wick to make sure there’s an even burn and you’re not left with an unruly flame! We suggest only trimming to 15mm should you experience clumping on the wick.
  • Try to avoid short burns as this can add to the tunnelling affect.
  • Make sure there is no debris sitting on the wax as this can affect the flame and potentially cause smoke.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight, this could cause discolouring and potentially affect the wax as it’s likely to melt in the heat.

When will I receive a refund for my returned order?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What do I do if I received a wrong or faulty item?

We recommend that you always inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged or in error, please, contact our customer service team by email at info@sleeboo.com. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or product item in its original packaging if possible.

Who is responsible for the costs of returning a product?

If you are returning a product to us for a refund, then the cost of returning it is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or the seller offers free returns.
